    Returns & Exchanges

    Due to the very nature of vintage and antique ("used") merchandise, all items are sold "As Is" and there can be no returns, refunds or exchanges.  It is the responsibility of each customer to inspect each item carefully as there may be wear and tear or slight imperfections.

    Should you wish to see additional images of a product or need more details, please contact us (see below) before making any purchases.


    Should ECL agree to accept the return of any merchandise, all refunds will be issued for store credit only.

    Delivery and Service Fees

    Delivery and service fees, should they be charged by ECL, are non-refundable.

    Warehouse Storage

    ECL can only hold items for a limited time but generally no longer than 30 days from date of purchase.  It is the customer's responsibility to either arrange pick-up or delivery within 30 days of purchase.

    Customer Pick-Ups

    Customers must call ahead to schedule a pick-up appointment.  The customer must bring enough wrapping materials and manpower (individuals over the age of 18) to load any item into the transporting vehicle.  Items should be carefully inspected;  once an item has left ECL's premises, there can be no returns, exchanges or refunds.

    Furniture Size

    It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any merchandise purchased fits into the desired location.  Please carefully measure all rooms, doorways, hallways and stairs before making a purchase.

    Design Features

    Vintage and antique items sold at ECL were originally handcrafted using natural materials and will show normal signs of wear and tear.  Please be aware that there may be slight variations in material, color or style due to the unique nature of each item.

    Damaged Items During Shipment

    Should anything be damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately to discuss options.  If a shipment arrives with visible damage to the box, wrapping and/or contents, please take several pictures and note this on the delivery bill.

    Containers from Europe and Custom Orders

    Purchased items that are arriving on a future container from Europe or any custom orders generally require a minimum of 6-8 weeks for arrival at our warehouse.  This time frame may be extended due to longer production and/or transportation times, especially during holiday periods or bad weather.  ECL cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond its control and there can be no refunds, returns, or exchanges due to production and/or shipping delays.  Cancellations are not permitted once orders are placed.
